You remind me of my wife at your age. She got into drama in school and learned to “play” unreserved characters when she needed to be an extrovert in real life. It helped with her job and social situations where she needs to be outgoing.

Me, I married a great “wingman” who can do the talking for me at parties and such. Can’t say it’s for everyone, but it works for me. 😉
