You have probably heard that cinnamon is good for regulating blood sugar. While I don’t see much evidence of that personally, I use it as my excuse for adding a tablespoon or so of cinnamon to my no-sugar yogurt + fiber cereal every morning. Or cinnamon to my muesli on hot cereal mornings. 😋
