While I am now retired and don’t do this anymore, I enjoyed reading this, Jen. Partially because it takes me back, partially because I like seeing how the Internet as taken a complex problem and “solved” it by making it even more complex (has Agile hit tech writing?), partially because I enjoy your writing and I missed you.
