Well, as someone who made a Thanksgiving pizza (pre-made crust, turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, mozzarella cheese on top because it’s not a pizza without cheese) [why yes, I was single and alone at the time — how did you know?] using yogurt for sauce sounds like an option.
