We have friends in a deep red county where someone with no legal or judicial background is running for a judge’s position, appealing to voters because his lack of background means he can make decisions in a common sense fashion. 😳🙄 He’s currently ahead in the polls.

I expect he will make some local lawyers very wealthy as they file appeals.
