We have a hummingbird cam (actually an old repurposed iPhone 5 inside our sunroom) pointing at our hummingbird feeder. In terms of spotting hummingbirds, it’s not great; unless the hummingbird comes up right in front of the camera (and they do, occasionally, especially the juveniles who look into everything) they don’t make enough motion to trigger a recording event. OTOH, it’s been great for watching the background behind the feeder, so we have had some small ideas about what has been happening in our back yard during the June-September landscaping project.
