We had some glitches, Michelle (redesigning a yard to accommodate heavy rainfalls is hard, especially when there’s no way to test except under real life conditions) but our landscaper came back and radically improved the drainage, so we stopped getting erosion and runoff into the stream. We had a BAD storm this last summer, where I decided to check out the drainage ditch, and I was actually afraid to get too close because I didn’t think I could keep my feet. Total erosion? Zero! A learning experience for us and our landscaper, but the result has been worth it.

October 2019 — a little bit warmer then!
