Alas, the house was cursed, so that any owner who was not a Heller would be visited by the ghost of a previous Heller House owner—Lillie Heller, in this case. Who got along great with Ellie, since they were both business woman and successive CEOs of Heller Brands, Inc. Ellie’s daughter, Alice, discovered she could also see Lillie; being a physics nerd, Alice hypothesized that any past or future owner of Heller House could see the ghost or ghosts who were part of the curse.
