The Bible says the world is flat. (Not explicitly, but just as clearly as it says that inter-racial marriage is not allowed.) It says women must be subservient to men. It says that anyone who curses their father or mother shall be put to death. It says things that are very obviously untrue, things that are true only to someone who wants to behave that way anyway, and things that simply do not work in a civilized society.

James, if someone tells you that you’re going to hell but you should be nice to people while you’re doing it, and then complains about his damn father, feel free to point to Leviticus 20 to explain why God told you to stone him to death. 😈
