Taraji P. Henson

Okay, that’s based on the characters she plays, since I know nothing about the actress personally, but when she’s on the screen she owns it. We first became familiar with her in Person of Interest and got to like her character very much. In other shows or movies Taraji’s been in (Hidden Figures pops to mind) she’s been awesome. Maybe not classically beautiful, but she plays beautiful characters.

I’m thinking of Zoë in Firefly/Serenity and Jessica in Suits/Pearson (my wife loves her clothing in Suits — Jessica showing up for the first time is usually met by “Woah! Check out that outfit!” from Deb — and Gina wears them well).
