Smart watches like the Apple Watch can sense falls, and can be set to call your ICE person or 911/999 unless you tell it to stand down. Mine works, because I got frustrated once, smacked a wall, and two seconds later my watch was asking if I had fallen and telling me it was calling my ICE (In Case of Emergency contact, Deb of course) in 10... 9... 8...

I told it I was fine. (And the wall suffered no damage. 😁)
