Since I'm not a paid writer, Mateja, the inevitable drops in pay don't affect me (other than feeling sad for Medium friends who see their income cut, AGAIN), but the (again inevitable) changes in workflow are irritating. Like having to remember not to respond to highlighted text on my phone, because I'll be dumped into my own profile page (wait, what?). But maybe I can make edits on my iPad now? (Hold on... nope! Drat!) But (to me) I can still read the people I care about, and now it's EASIER on my phone and iPad! (Wait, no it's not... no no, yes it is! There! Ha! Got it figured out.) On the list of things to fret about in 2020, this isn't even in the top 20.
