Our "neighborhood watch" (jays are the voice, robins and jays are the muscle, small birds provide support and distraction as needed) have banned crows. They have also gone after hawks and black snakes. Not sure why, I've heard (mostly) good things about crows, but I don't make the rules. <shrug>
