Ooh! We’re not salt people (Deb has high BP meds) but I will try to remember this!

…m around quickly, and we add a large pinch of salt which we distribute evenly across the mushrooms. Chef Jean Pierre says that the salt helps to eliminate the liquid which will come out of the mushrooms while they are heating.
