Not necessarily worth it, btw. When my late mother was director of healthcare at a retirement community, she okayed the purchase of a walk-in tub because it made sense, right? (Especially considering the rigs her people were dealing with to get patients in and out of standard tubs.)
Problem 1: it took a long time to fill, and of course the naked bather had to be in and seated before the water started. Towels could make do as wraps, but somebody had to pay attention to water level.
Problem 2: it took a VERY long time to drain, and now the bather was wet and exposed to (relatively) cold air.
Just one walk-in tub proved to be more than enough. 😐
