No, but… The interpretation of “free speech” will. Until recently, giving oodles of money wasn’t free speech, but now SCOTUS says it is. Shift the burden in libel cases from the accuser proving a statement false to the defendants proving a statement true (and never mind an absence of malice) and then where will we be?
