My late mother had Crohn’s, Louise, and she had to learn through trial & error what worked for her. She was also a stubborn former RN, so when her doctor told her to try something and her gut reacted badly, she just checked it off as NOPE! and went on to the next thing. Eventually she was able to go to restaurants with my father without fear, just caution. Good luck! 💚
