Just for grins I tried Amazon, and found this for a collar cam:

Just looking at the sample footage, the POV is based on the body position (no idea what the pet is looking at) and (surprise!) the video bounces a lot (although it was shot on a dog, maybe cats are smoother?).

Maybe get a tracker instead? You'd at least get a map of where she's been.
