Just a question (don’t hit me!): when you get into your running routine, do you get SKINNIER (as in, you lose weight), or do you get better toned? My wife doesn’t lose weight (not a lot, anyway) when she amps up her workouts, but she feels better in her clothing. She also feels her stamina improves (good for wedding days!). Just curious if this is a general thing (she’s in her 60s, if that matters).

Also: regardless of anything, you will never be more beautiful than the first time your future hubs sees you in your wedding dress.

Except for all the days after that.
