I’ve taken to online-based exercise routines to build cardio and muscle (supposed to help fight, or at least delay, dementia). Alas, my man boobs and spare tire are NOT morale-boosting. 😫 But then two of my favorite female coaches got pregnant but kept leading training sessions. So dammit, if a woman in her third (fourth? seriously, huge) trimester can still do jumping jacks and push-ups, so can I! But my reduced testosterone means I don’t add the muscle as I did in my youth. 😢 (Deb says I look more toned, but spouses say nice lies like that, yes? 😉)
