I was with a combined unit in Korea — Navy, Army, Air Force. (No Marines. Turned out the Marines rarely assigned their people to Korea. Roughly 99% of the jobs in Korea are waiting for the next war to start, and Marines would rather get sh*t done, thank you.) Air Force and Army swore about as much as Navy during a routine day, but when something hit the fan, it was like a little status display light came up on a chief's forehead, announcing "PROFANITY MODULE LOADING," and then all hell broke loose. Navy chiefs get extra training before they pin on the anchors, or something.

Hey, James Finn has been around, maybe he has some insight! [Jim, the question on the floor from Ann is why sailors have a rep for swearing, but not the other branches.]
