I was thinking, Hmm, now, isn't THAT weird? until you got to the part about how you'd get vibrations if you circled his ear. And then BAM! I suddenly remembered having the same thing happen with my first wife. Just the ears. Just in bed. Couldn't be too firm, couldn't be too light a touch. But yeah, like a crystal goblet. And we could hear it if I was doing it to her ear or she to mine. But we couldn't get the effect when we did our own ears.

We eventually decided it must have had something to do with the bed, or the mattress, or... never figured it out.
