I was reading your story, Bebe, and thinking happily, “Ha! That’ll never be us!” Then the voice that lives in the back of my head (I assume that’s where it lives, since that’s where it likes to smack me) reminded me that my wife’s sister will be living with us after she has knee surgery, for at least… um, dunno yet.
Well, that which does not kill us gives us something to write about, eh? 😐
