I tend to live by the mantra, “Don’t feed the trolls; it wastes your time and delights the troll.” But I’m also a very non-confrontational type. So I don’t respond to participants I’ve mentally flagged as agitators (even, or especially, if they say something nice about something I’ve posted). There’s only been one time I was confident enough about my troll assessment to post a warning, though.
