I have some of my stuff grouped into Medium lists (or "libraries," because heaven forbid Medium use consistent terminology) and if I post a new story that will go into a list, I add the link to the list at the end. Examples are running posts about cruises, mini-short stories about a modern US civil war, and chats with my wife.
