I have known two people who complained about women, generically, as bosses.

Both were female. They complained how women tend to treat other women.

I've had good and bad bosses, male & female, but then, I'm a guy. I shared a female boss with my wife at one point, and yes, she got treated worse. Given a choice, she'd rather work for a guy.
