Otherwise, my feed is a crap shoot. I have gotten so that the email subscription is the only way I can know for sure when one of my Medium peeps publishes, and I'm sorry but isn't the Follow button supposed to handle that? At least one day a week I need to manually track down writers I haven't heard from lately. Are they okay? Did I just miss them? Are they taking time off? Some days it feels like all my suggestions are writers Medium is promoting for its own purposes, never mind the ones I follow.

And then there are the things that show up in the Medium app versus things that show up in the browser... <snarl>
