I got a clean bill of health in my first colonoscopy. Since I have no family history of any kind of cancer, eat lots of fiber, and do other Good Habits, I was able to talk my previous doctor into a non-invasive (basically, it’s just providing a fecal sample) test. It’s only good for a few years, instead of ten, but there’s NO PREP REQUIRED.
