I can’t help with the secret number for tech support at Medium, alas. My experience with their tech support is they only respond to squeaky wheels, based on a month trying to get my Medium backups to work, and finally resorting to daily support requests (so that they can clear a bunch by solving my one problem) and threats to go public with the problem (on Medium, of course, so I have no clue if that would have worked).
