Deb's sister is married (still) to a paranoid schizophrenic. She's terrified to leave him because she believes he will hurt their children and grandchildren to get to her. He is diagnosed but refuses to take his meds, unable to work but refuses to take Social Security, screams at her to answer the voices only he hears. Not sure how that one will end.
