Haven’t tried Breathe Right strips in years; I should give them another go (that cold thing). Most of the time Deb is only audible when she falls asleep on my shoulder and is snoring directly into my ear, but every so often she gets congested and really rips a few loud ones. I keep ear plugs handy, not just because of volume (although it’s a factor) but also because her snores are just like my mother-in-law’s last breaths when she passed away in hospice last year, and my sleeping brain freaks out.
