Good luck, dear lady! My wife and I retired voluntarily, but it was because I was failing mentally, and Deb hated her boss. So it was “we need to get out of here” rather than “yup, we’re ready to retire!” Deb still looks at part-time work because she’s spent her life having a job that affirmed she was valuable in society. Still, a grandniece helps with that now. 😊 Still, it can be hard, so good luck to you both!
