For what it’s worth, Eric, “Pennsylvania Dutch” should actually be Pennsylvania Deutch, so you and the Netherlands are off the hook. Plus, I have had German food in Germany, and it is soooo much better than the crap tourist restaurants serve around here (Dennett is completely correct in her assessment of Lancaster County cooking, alas, although we now have quite a few restaurants that have decent menus).
