Deb & I refer to those as “interesting clouds.” Or “VERY interesting clouds” if they have billows going up a thousand feet and dark undersides that are slightly out of focus. Or occasionally “Those are—“ <crack of thunder> “DAMN FREAKING interesting clouds!”
