Deb & I have been wearing our LGBTQIA+ flag pins since you asked, Jim. Deb has gotten smiles and nods from our LGBTQ friends (Deb is also much more social than I — admittedly, a bar you can trip over 😁) and at a local Panera she was told by one of the staff (“Fairly buxom, but with maybe a bit of five o’clock shadow — no worse than me if I forget to touch up for a couple days in a row, though”) that her flag pin looked very nice. “Thank you for wearing it!” She said it made her day. 😊 Our LGBTQ friends do NOT wear rainbows or flags in this area, btw — not totally safe. Allies can still get away with it.
