I told Deb that your recipe would be damn easy to follow, beautifully illustrated/photographed, sound scrumptious, and would exceed my abilities or equipment around step #2. I was wrong — I didn’t make it through step 1 (no kitchen scale — we have a postage scale, it would be totally inadequate, I suspect). Otherwise, on target.

So… if we drop by your place, how much warning do you need?
