<cough> Okay, that’s us. We just got a new washer/dryer set. OTOH, the old set was 22 years old, made by a company that no longer exists (no parts), and were so tired that Deb has to remind herself she can do full loads again and not have to second guess the settings (“Very Dry” means “Barely Dry” and so on).
Oh, and the new units send us alerts when they’re done or need maintenance. And we can set up a load, tell the washer to stand by, go off somewhere, signal the washer to start when we’re on our way home, and have the load ready to put in the dryer when we walk in the door. Even Deb says she’s starting to like the 21st Century. 😁
