Copyright notices: a year or two ago, Juhi, somebody ( Anna Breslin? Ann Litts? can’t remember) found a site that was, essentially, copying Medium stories, stripping out the personal info or changing names, and using them as content filler for an ad server (site that tricks people into looking at pages with a bunch of ads so they can charge by the eyeball). Since then some of those who found our stuff there (and I didn’t save the URL, alas) have been adding copyright notices (some seriously, others not so much 😉). Don’t know if it helps, but I feel better.

Sister thing: my sister and I have had an ups&downs relationship since forever, basically. Fortunately, the things she does that drive me nuts are even worse for Deb (so Deb gets pissed off at her and I don’t have to); also fortunately, Deb is much nicer to her than I am. We actually communicate better and more often with her kids than with her.
