Careful if you lapse, Jason. We’re no vegetarians, but we’ve gradually moved to mostly chicken and fish and veggie protein. A month ago I was feeling frisky and did us a couple fat steaks on the grill; they cooked well, they tasted great, and we both felt slightly ill for about a day afterward. Chatting with others, apparently over-indulging in red meat can be a shock to the system after going without. If you’ve gone cold tofurkey, it might just take a hamburger or something.
