Back during my frequent flying days (early 1990s) the airlines (most particularly AA, although I used them for 90% of my flights since I lived near a hub, so I'm biased) were "Everything's great!" "Your flight is definitely leaving on time!" "It's all good, no worries!" "What flight? Oh drat, that's cancelled. Yeah. Weather, y'know. Try to pay more attention next time." 😡
