I loved teaching! I was an instructor at Navy Officer Candidate School near the end of my Navy career; nothing like teaching young people the joys of administrative procedures when they’ve had three hours sleep. I had to keep adding oddball twists, plus I kept a cap gun under my papers that I would fire off when someone fell asleep.
