Aww! Thank you, BHD! I’m in a low-sleep patch right now, but Deb & I head out on vacation in a few days and I plan on both of us sleeping in and getting our exercise walking around the Hudson Valley. I plan to drop my caffeine intake back to a maintenance level (there’s a Keurig coffee maker in the hotel room — Deb checked) and take time to enjoy the flavor.
Cholesteral-wise, I am a physician’s wet dream when it comes to my response to statins. I’ve gone from cholesterol readings of 297 (untreated) to 142 (last November), with no side effects. With a family history of strokes and heart disease, this makes me very happy.
And I love whole grains and (most) veggies. (Beets are not vegetables, they are… purple. Purple is not a natural color.)
