As it would have if you ordered it anywhere in Pennsylvania (also possibly Delaware and southwest NJ, but I don't know). Around here, that would be like "one hamburger, please, hold the beef" — okay, sure, the order-taker would know what you thought you said, but obviously the crazy lady didn't mean that. 😳
