Although we have a Lowe’s and a Home Depot nearby (so my wife talks about going to “Lowe’s Depot” when we need something) we have been buying our fall pumpkin needs from a neighbor down the block (she’s about 12 now, I think?) who has a delightful supply of pumpkins and ornamental squash every fall. These go into our back garden until they rot or get eaten. Some years we get lucky and have spots of bright orange or yellow peeking through our early snowfalls.
