I'm guessing Abraham had the Old Testament equivalent of a little blue pill? Because for some (a lot) of older couples, the wife is not the larger part of the problem. Although a 60s+ body giving birth would be horribly damaging to the woman involved.

OTOH, if "Praise the Lord, It's a Miracle!" is the go-to rationalization for "hetero good, same-sex bad!" then there's no point nit-picking, eh? 🙄
