…ecent owner had remodeled by covering the walls and wooden window trim with quarter-inch sheetrock. I’m an electrician. Trying to solve an electrical problem, I discovered live bare wiring between the sheetrock and tongue-and-groove finish wall in a kitchen. This was very disturbing, but I didn’t have time to demo the walls. That would have to wait 20 years till I retired.
